Sample creating.

Our experienced designers will work on your sample for approval. After completion, we’ll send you photos and videos for review before shipping the physical sample, ensuring it meets your needs.

Calculate the prices and provide a quotation.

Once you approve the sample, we will promptly calculate the costs and submit a detailed quotation. Upon your acceptance of the offer, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) for your review and approval prior to commencing mass production.

Mass production.

Upon your approval of the Proforma Invoice (PI), we will immediately initiate the mass production process. Typically, the production timeline for an order ranges from 20 to 25 working days, ensuring efficient delivery while maintaining our high - quality standards

We are factory with over 18 years experience in manufacturing a wide range of bags, including waist bags, backpackss, duffel bags, other special purposed bags, and more. 
Our MOQ is 500 units. Producing quantities lower than 500 makes raw material procurement less efficient. It also leads to lower production efficiency, which in turn increases costs. When ordering in smaller numbers, we can’t take full advantage of economies of scale in raw material purchasing. This means we may have to pay higher prices per unit of raw materials. Additionally, the production process becomes less streamlined, with more time and resources spent on setting up and adjusting machinery for smaller batches. All these factors contribute to a higher cost per item, making it difficult for us to offer a lower MOQ. However, if you have special circumstances or long – term cooperation plans, we can discuss the possibility of making an exception.

Our price quotations are typically based on EXW terms. This means the price we quote only includes the cost of the goods at our factory. You’ll be responsible for all subsequent costs like transportation, loading, insurance, and any other charges from our factory to your destination.

In general, considering all these factors, the delivery time can range from approximately 20 days for a simple, small – quantity order with readily available raw materials during a slow production period, to 60 days or more for a large, complex order with hard – to – source raw materials when our production schedule is tight.
