At Gallop, we are committed to ethical fair trade practices to prevent forced labor and natural resources in the process of production.
We don’t employ workers under 16, provide at least minimum living wages as the basic pay on a timely basis.
We do not have forced labor practices, which means that no one is forced to work overtime against their wishes, and if they do work overtime, there is an extra overtime pay allowance.
The workshop is equipped with proper lighting & sanitation facilities, and the working condition and equipment are as safe as possible to prevent work-related injuries. Some examples are there are no exposed electrical wiring/sockets, and there is sufficient space between workstations, safety equipment like steel mesh, gloves, and facemasks are available for use.
We strongly believe that everyone should be entitled to a good wage, safe working conditions, and being treated with respect and integrity.
We also work hard to ensure that all of our suppliers adhere to our strict ethical code of practice. With more than 14 years of partnering with suppliers, we keenly understand the risks involved and work to mitigate them on behalf of our clients. We work closely with all of our trusted suppliers to ensure they are in alignment with our ethical and environmental standards and that our expectations are clear from the outset. If you work with Gallop, you can be assured that the materials are only sourced from suppliers who demonstrate their commitment to corporate social responsibility.
