We are factory with over 18 years experience in manufacturing a wide range of bags, including waist bags, backpackss, duffel bags, other special purposed bags, and more. 
Our MOQ is 500 units. Producing quantities lower than 500 makes raw material procurement less efficient. It also leads to lower production efficiency, which in turn increases costs. When ordering in smaller numbers, we can’t take full advantage of economies of scale in raw material purchasing. This means we may have to pay higher prices per unit of raw materials. Additionally, the production process becomes less streamlined, with more time and resources spent on setting up and adjusting machinery for smaller batches. All these factors contribute to a higher cost per item, making it difficult for us to offer a lower MOQ. However, if you have special circumstances or long – term cooperation plans, we can discuss the possibility of making an exception.
Sure, we’d be happy to provide you with a formal, detailed quotation. However, to ensure the quote is as accurate as possible, could you please clarify a few points? For example, the quantity of each item you’re interested in, any specific customization requirements, and your preferred shipping destination. Once I have these details, I’ll get the formal quotation to you within 1-2 working days.
We have dedicated order – following staff who will regularly update you on the status of your order. They will keep you informed about various stages such as when production starts, progresses, and nears completion. Also, once the goods are ready for shipment, they’ll provide details regarding the shipping schedule and any relevant tracking information if applicable. Our price quotations are typically based on EXW terms. This means the price we quote only includes the cost of the goods at our factory. You’ll be responsible for all subsequent costs like transportation, loading, insurance, and any other charges from our factory to your destination.
If you have special requirements, such as preferring a different Incoterm like FOB, CIF, or need custom – made products, or have specific quantity – related requests, please let us know. We’ll then provide you with a corresponding and more tailored price quote. This way, we can better meet your business needs and ensure the price accurately reflects your requirements.
The delivery time of our products is influenced by several factors:1. Raw Material Procurement Duration 2. Quantity of the Ordered Products 3. Complexity of the Ordered Products 4. Order Scheduling Situation.
In general, considering all these factors, the delivery time can range from approximately 20 days for a simple, small – quantity order with readily available raw materials during a slow production period, to 60 days or more for a large, complex order with hard – to – source raw materials when our production schedule is tight. We will always keep you informed about the expected delivery time based on the specific details of your order as soon as possible after it is placed.
To place an order, please inform us of your specific requirements, including the product style, color, quantity, packaging method, and shipping terms. Based on this information, we will create an order for your confirmation.
You can pay the deposit through the order link provided. As soon as the deposit is received, we will commence production.
After the production is completed, we will request the payment of the remaining balance. Once the final payment is credited to our account, we will ship the products to you promptly.
Yes, we can provide door – to – door delivery service for your goods. We cooperate with reliable logistics partners who have extensive experience in door – to – door deliveries, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of your items. However, please note that the cost of door – to – door delivery may vary depending on the destination, weight, and volume of the goods. We’ll calculate the exact delivery cost and include it in the quotation for you.
Yes, we do have factory audit reports. Specifically, we have BSCI and ISO 9001 certifications. These certifications demonstrate that our factory adheres to high standards of social responsibility and quality management in the production process. The prices displayed on our website are EXW (Ex – Works) prices, which means they do not include customs duties, taxes, shipping fees, or any other costs incurred after the goods leave our factory.
If you require a price that includes customs duties and taxes, we can provide a revised quotation under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. With DDP:
We handle all export/import formalities, including customs clearance.
The total cost will include duties, taxes, and door – to – door shipping.
